We had a great R&R Rounds today! Thank you to everyone how joined us. Lots of good conversation, sharing of communication successes/challenges, and suggestions for making improvements to ACT.
A common bit of feedback has been how we can best tweak cases to allow for non-Docs/APPs (e.g., RNs, SW, Chaplains) to work on roles that feel closer to their part of the real world.
We appreciate this feedback and it is something that we’ve been mulling over for the past few months. Ultimately it seems that the tweaking will be relatively minor and I think will make a big difference in the experiences of our RN/SW/Chaplain friends.
So…thank you all for the suggestions and we look forward to our next R&R Rounds!
