Many communication training programs are either “one-off” and offer little to no formal post-course support, or have follow-up sessions that are time and/or money intensive.
The ACT Program includes Encore, which serves as a follow-up module to the ACT Course and seeks to provide effective post-course support to help participants work towards mastery with a minimum of disruption to their already busy days caring for patients.
Encore utilizes multiple modalities including live, Review & Reflection Rounds (in-person and remote options); Tips of the Week via email follow Course participation; and ACT Relfections with the hope that as a whole Encore will serve the needs of a wide variety of learning styles.
